Job Description

• Ensure the design and implementation of the system architecture meet the needs of the company
• Provide IT infrastructure support (Server, VM & Network)
• Assist implementation projects like PC equipment upgrade, Network design and implementation, IT security and end-users support.
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management
• Handle system/network performance tuning
• Managing and coordinating all outside support vendors
• Installing and maintaining operating environments for different office locations
• Managing and maintaining multi-site network
• Responding effectively and speedily to any problems concerning the IT support
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.

Qualifications

• Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 1 years relevant experience or above
• Experience in supporting Azure, O365, SharePoints
• Technical field experience in designing and deploying Office 365 solutions
• Knowledge in MS Active Directory, Microsoft IIS, maintaining HTTP and FTP sites, firewalls.

• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
• Good problem-solving skills and team player;
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills;
• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
