Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and growth of private equity fund clients for the firm
Approach clients proactively to establish underlying needs, understand clients and their requirements, and to sell services provided by the firm
Implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
Achieve growth, hit sales targets and actively manage sales program
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of related products and competition status
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by visiting clients periodically and understanding their needs
Participate in project implementation discussions with the product team to further define detailed services model for specific clients and the project timeline
Work closely with sales, marketing and AFS teams to support clients
Provide weekly report update for the sales activities
Maintain data relative to client accounts and activities and documenting customer interactions
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Qualifications

6 years+ relevant experience in a client facing role in sales/marketing/business development from a relevant industry, experience in the Finance, Fund-Administration or FinTech sectors are highly regarded
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Marketing or related disciplines
Experience in fund operations or relationship management is a plus
Strategic thinker, results-oriented with an analytical mind
Strong business acumen, good leadership and project management skills
Pro-active self-starter, fast learner, open-minded with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills
Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management and reporting back to management in a timely manner
