The Role

To cope with our business growth, we are looking for an Associate Director, Client Success to join our US team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and overseeing the sales objectives and initiatives of the organization. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and growth of private equity fund clients for the Company.
Execute the company’s business strategies to attain goals.
Approach clients proactively to establish real needs, understand the client and their
requirements, and interest them in Linnovate Partners’ service.
Achieve growth, hit sales targets and manage sales program actively.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
Project budget, expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of related products and competition status.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by visiting them periodically and understanding their needs.
Participate in project implementation discussion with the product team to define more detailed services model for specific clients and the project timeline.
Work closely with sales, marketing and AFS teams to support the client.
Provide weekly report update for the sales activities.
Maintain data relative to client accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sales/marketing/business development preferably in finance or commercial sector.
Experience in fund operations, relationship management or business development would be a huge plus.
Extensive industry knowledge with client facing exposure.
Strategic thinker, result-oriented with analytical mind.
Strong business acumen, good leadership and project management skills.
Self-initiative, fast learner, open-minded with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
