By entering this raffle, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility: This raffle is open only to registered attendees of the Create the Future Summit in San Francisco on August 14, 2025. Employees of Linnovate Partners, RAISE, and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must provide their full name, email address, job title, and company name (if applicable). By submitting this information, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Linnovate Partners and/or RAISE regarding their services, events, or promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Bluetooth Beats speaker, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected via digital random picker from all entries and will be notified via email or in-person at the end of the event. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and for future marketing communications in accordance with Linnovate Partners’ and RAISE’s privacy policies.
- General Conditions: Linnovate Partners and RAISE reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice. This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
- The organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
