Singapore has become an increasingly popular choice for fund domiciliation, thanks in part to the introduction of Variable Capital Company (VCC). Since introduction of the VCC Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the ACRA – Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, more than 260 VCCs have been established as of June 2021.
