Founded in 2016 in Hong Kong, Linnovate Partners is the pioneer in fintech for alternative asset operations, adopting blockchain techniques for security and communication, whilst simultaneously automating bulk processes.

With over USD$50bn of assets under administration (AUA), Linnovate’s vision is to transform the industry by introducing automation to unlock added value and simplify processes and enable our international team of business professionals to help clients at a higher level.

One of Linnovate Partners Holdings Limited’s clients had decided to rebase certain operations to Hong Kong. The firm was able to immediately help by removing the time zone difference and providing outsourced services not just for fund administration but also for fintech solution consultancy. Because of this, the company was able to bolster one of the client’s key operational planks, and relieve a lot of the technology support work for their global technology team.

Henry Lin, CEO of Linnovate Partners Holdings Limited, designed and delivered a project to assist with the relocation Since the inception of the business, Henry created a dedicated Fintech Services Team (FTS), working alongside the Fund Administration Solutions (FAS) team, who were able to assist the client with their technology enhancement and strategize long term solutions.

This mandate was one of the many projects that has been deployed and provided the client with three main objectives — localized asset servicing by the global team; provide a guaranteed level of advanced technology consultancy that covered both day-to-day activities, strategize long term technology solutions.

With Henry’s leadership, Linnovate Partners was also able to achieve a 50% YoY increase in assets under administration (AUA) and was also able to establish a new office in the UK. Because of this, Henry was awarded with the Executive of the Year in the Asset Services category at the recently concluded HKB Management Excellence Awards 2020. Now in its third year, the awards event lauds trailblazing individuals and teams whose initiatives have brought tangible business gains for their company’s operations.

By implementing improvements such as automated calculations and bookkeeping, and overall reduction of manual processes, Linnovate Partners was able to deliver improved analytics, more robust data processing, and streamlined system management for the client, as well as increased accuracy, performance and turnaround time of their own services.

By designing and pursuing this double headed strategy, Henry was able to provide a true win-win result for both the client and Linnovate Partners, and further cement their relationship.
