Terence Lee is the Head of Technology based in Hong Kong at Linnovate Partners. With over 30 years of experience, Terence will be leading the R&D and IT team to enhance our technologies and services provided to clients and working closely with Fintech Solution team to build our next generation of technologies.
He has a proven track record in directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives while planning and implementing IT solutions for the business.
Terence has extensive experience in the financial technology development and asset management industry, including China Everbright Limited, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Allianz Global Investors Asia and CITIC Securities International Company. Terence holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science at The University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Lily Chen is our Director, Customer Success based in our Beijing office. Lily has more than 16 years of industry experience, working in finance and investment companies. Lily is responsible for new client generation and increasing Linnovate Partners’ market awareness in China.
Her deep business development strategy experience, capable skills in leading client upsell activities, and proven ability to maintain key relationships with Securities Regulatory Commission, brokerages, government regulatory agencies and investors will be valuable as we continue to expand our China business.
She holds a Master degree in Investment Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Investment and a from the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
May Lo has been appointed as Human Resources Director based in Hong Kong at Linnovate Partners. With over 20 years’ international HR experience, she is responsible for the regional HR strategies enabling the business to achieve its objectives through the development and engagement of talent.
May’s extensive knowledge of the business and experience in financial services will be crucial to provide the optimal environment for Linnovate Partners’ people to deliver excellent service to clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University.
Eva Chau is the Senior Manager, Alternative Fund Services based in Hong Kong. Eva is an accounting professional with over 20 years’ experience in private equity fund and asset management.
She is responsible for Linnovate Partners’ asset servicing business which provides fund administration to global asset managers, covering a range of fund structures and asset classes.
She will be leading a team and leveraging her collective qualifications and experience to assist clients with their operational and investment needs.
Delvin Chau is the Senior Manager, Alternative Fund Services at Linnovate Partners.
Based in our Singapore office, he is responsible for leading a team to oversee a number of client portfolios and provide high quality services.
Delvin has over 10 years of experience in audit and fund administration and solid experience in private equity fund accounting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy at University of Queensland, Australia.
