The Role

To cope with our business growth, we are looking for Solution Consultant to join our US team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the internal solution customization as well as system implementation services for clients. We provide our clients and their investors with automated cloud-based platform along with specific system configuration as per request.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements for software implementation;
Work with business users and R&D teams to define, prioritize, and implement client requirements.
Test and implement System Integration Test (SIT) and coordinating User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Support and advise business solutions to optimize the Linnovate’s platform or third-party solutions;
Assist the sales team in presenting products and solutions to key prospects during detailed demonstrations;
Develop and deliver end users training, both onsite and remote;

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Systems Engineering or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and application consultancy experience;
Experience of using different development languages (e.g. VB Script, JavaScript, SQL);
Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry solution experience (e.g. eFront, Investran and SMP) is a advantage;

Experience with private equity fund administration software solutions (eFront, Investran and SMP etc.) would be highly advantageous;
Experience with ERP systems configuration/implementation is a plus.
