The Role
To cope with our business growth, we are looking for IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
| • | Install, configure, maintain, and manage servers and networking infrastructure |
| • | Monitor server and network performance to remediate issues |
| • | Plan, manage, and execute IT projects |
| • | Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution |
| • | Perform remote and local technical support to users |
| • | Keep track of IT inventory |
Requirements
| • | Degree in Computer Science or equivalent |
| • | At least 5 years of relevant working experience |
| • | Solid experience in system operation and support, such as Windows/Linux Server, AD, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, SQL Server, VMWare, M365, and Azure Cloud |
| • | Knowledge in shell scripting and holder of Cisco / Microsoft / Azure certification is an advantage |
| • | Self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure |
| • | Good in problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills |
| • | Good in spoken and written English and Chinese |
